Stephanie C. Fox, J.D. – Curriculum Vitae – Books, Edited Articles

Here is an example from my CV – it is an academic article that I co-authored on the history of chemical weapons use in war:

Haines, D.D., Fox, S.C.: Acute and long-term impact of chemical weapons: Lessons from the Iran-Iraq war; Forensic Science Review 26:97; 2014.

I have worked extensively with both U.S. and Iranian senior military medical and scientific officials on issues related to chemical weapons effects.

When I am not editing scientific journal articles, curriculum vitae, college and graduate papers, and whatever else, I write books in a variety of genres: dystopian science fiction, short story, dark, metaphoric, fairy tale about a social issue, history, memoir, and travelogue.

Topics include history, women’s studies, Middle Eastern studies, science, Asperger’s, cats, and more.

I will edit almost any topic, because I love to work with words. I like to say that I create word art, and facilitate others to do the same.

A piece of writing about science is great, but if other people can’t read it, it is inaccessible to everyone but the scientist who wrote it.

This goes for any other topic, but particularly science.

It’s great to do something that you love, and I knew when I was in law school that I loved to edit and write.

It’s addictive.
